Travel planning has never been easier. It's also never been more overwhelming. More options, more opinions, more tabs open — and still no certainty that you've got it right.
Close the seventeen tabs. Stop cross-referencing reviews that contradict each other. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll find it — the right property, the right timing, the right fit. You get your evenings back.
A honeymoon. A milestone birthday. The trip you've been saving for. Some trips carry too much weight to leave to chance. I ask the right questions upfront so the proposal lands right — not after three rounds of guessing.
I've been to 21 countries and spent 8 years inside the travel industry. I know which hotels photograph beautifully and deliver poorly, which seasons to avoid, and which details actually matter. I also have access to a community of experts. You get a real opinion, not a list of options.
You tell me what you want. I handle the research, the bookings, the confirmations, the pre-departure prep, and the on-trip support. If something goes sideways while you're traveling, you reach out to me — not a call center.
For most trips, nothing — or less than you'd pay booking directly.
I earn commission paid by hotels, airlines, and suppliers. That commission exists whether you book through me or not — hotels build it into their rates regardless. When you book direct, the hotel keeps it. When you book through me, it funds my work.
In some cases I have access to preferred rates and added perks — room upgrades, late checkout, property credits — not available to the public. So working with me occasionally costs less and delivers more.
Most trips don't carry a planning fee. When they do, I'll tell you upfront.
All payments go through Fora's secure client portal. Nothing is ever paid directly to me.
Currently, no. Trip planning is complimentary. If a trip ends up complex enough to warrant a planning fee, I'll tell you upfront before any work begins.
Anywhere between simple — just book it for me so I can get in on the perks — to personalized, experience-first travel like honeymoons, milestone trips, solo women's travel, immersive cultural itineraries, bleisure, and multi-country routes. See the full scope on the What I Plan page.
No. Some clients come in with a specific hotel and dates. Others come in with "I want to go somewhere in Europe in October and I don't want it to feel like a tourist trap." Both are fine starting points.
Depends on complexity. A straightforward booking can turn around in a few days. A full bespoke itinerary typically takes 2–3 weeks from discovery call to approved proposal. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
Reach out to me directly. I'm reachable while you travel for anything that needs sorting — rebooking, supplier issues, itinerary changes. You're not on hold with a call center. I'd also strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip — I can help you think through the right coverage before you go.
Yes, but flights can be complicated. While I can do it on occasion, it often makes more sense for you to book flights yourself. Let's talk about what makes sense for your trip.
Yes — you even get to keep earning loyalty points when booking through me.
Not at all. I work across a range of budgets and I'm good at finding the balance — a well-located hotel that doesn't break the bank, then splurging on the dinner, the spa day, or the experience that actually matters to you. You tell me what you want to prioritize and I'll make the most of what you have to work with. The goal is never luxury for its own sake — it's the right trip for you.
