How it works

01

Inquiry

You fill out a short form — destination in mind, rough dates, who's coming, and a sense of what kind of experience you're after. It takes about five minutes. There are no wrong answers.

Come with a budget in mind if you have one. I'll work within it honestly — and help you figure out where to splurge and where to save.

02

Discovery call

We get on a 20–30 minute call. I ask questions most booking sites never think to ask — how you like to move through a place, what you'd never want to repeat, what you're secretly hoping for but haven't said out loud yet. This is where the trip actually starts to take shape.

Show up. Talk. The more honest you are, the better what I build will fit.

03

Trip proposal

I go to work. I research, pull from supplier relationships, and build a proposal tailored to your brief — accommodations, pacing, experiences, the logic behind every choice. You'll receive it as a detailed document, not a list of links. This takes 5–7 business days depending on complexity.

Review it. Tell me what's right, what's not, and what you'd want to adjust. This is a conversation, not a take-it-or-leave-it.

04

Refinement

We refine until it's right. Most proposals need one round of changes. Some need two. I don't move to booking until you're genuinely happy with the plan.

Be specific about what you'd change. "The hotel feels too formal" or "I'd rather have one fewer city" is exactly the kind of feedback that makes the next version better.

05

Booking & payment

Once you approve the plan, I book everything through Fora's secure platform — one of the leading travel agency platforms in the US, licensed and insured, used by thousands of advisors nationwide. As an Independent travel advisor of Fora Travel, I work within their booking infrastructure — payments go through their protected client portal, never to me directly. You'll receive booking confirmations as each piece is secured.

Review and approve payment through the secure portal. That's it.

I earn commission paid by hotels and suppliers — not by you. For certain complex itineraries, a planning fee may apply. Currently, planning fees are $150 waived.

06

Pre-departure

Before you leave, I send a complete digital itinerary — every confirmation, timing note, address, contact number, and anything worth knowing before you get on the plane. Entry requirements, currency, what to pack for that season — it's in there.

Read it. Ask any questions. Then go.

07

On-trip support

I'm reachable while you travel. If a flight gets cancelled, a hotel has an issue, or something just doesn't feel right — you're not on your own figuring it out. I'm a message away. And because I book through Fora, I have direct relationships with hotel management — not a call center queue.

Travel. If something comes up, reach out. Otherwise, just enjoy it.

08

After you're back

I'll check in when you're home. What worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently. This isn't a survey — it's how I get better, and how I make sure the next trip I plan for you is even sharper. If you enjoyed your experience, I'd love it if you left a review.

Tell me the truth. The good and the bad.

Does this cost extra?

My fee for most trips is built into the commission paid by hotels, airlines, and suppliers — the same commission a hotel would otherwise keep for themselves. You don't pay more by working with me. In some cases you actually pay less than you'd pay booking on your own — and I might be able to score you some perks through Fora's established supplier relationships.

Yes — you even get to keep earning loyalty points when booking through me.

$150 trip planning fee · WAIVED — complimentary for a limited time

Most trips don't carry a planning fee. When they do, I'll tell you upfront.

Payments go through Fora's secure client portal. Nothing is ever paid directly to me.
